What would be my exact search on marketplace?

As I am installing XI.

The prerequisite is WEB AS 6.40 ABAP + JAVA. and I was confused with this because i did not find any installation product as i put search WEB AS 6.40 ABAP + JAVA.

Goto https://websmp201.sap-ag.de/swdc and download the files for your OS/DB at the following path. Both ABAP & Java installation files are here.

Download->Installations and Upgrades->SAP NetWeaver->SAP NETWEAVER->SAP NETWEAVER 04

yes it does, i suggest that before you install your XI, please study a bit more on what SAP Netweaver is all about.
