Follow-up tasks depending on status of opportunity

Hi,

we have the following requirement. When the phase of an opportunity has a predefined value some follow-up tasks should not be avilable.

Thank you for the links, but the request is a little more complicated.

We already have created tasks related to the opportunity, let's say task A, task B and task C.

Now, whatever the opportunity phase is, all the tasks are available for selection.

The requirement is that when opportunity phase is Z1, for example, I can only select and create task C, but not A and B.

Do you know if any badi is available at that point?

You can assign a task or an activity directly to a phase so it displays this task against the specific phase in the sales assistant. It should explain this in the BP guide.

Hi,

it is working in the sales assistant, but if you select inside the opportunity create follow up transaction, all the available tasks are listed.and it is possible to create them. Do you think we can do something through the CRMV_EVENT?

Hi Donatella,

this is not supported by the standard app. this means there are a couple of ways to create activities of a certain kind related to the opportunity. e.g. based on the object reference profile customizing, as of CRM 7.0 via groupware integration etc.

It would be a bigger development to find and fix all these places and to cover all options.
