Total wt getting changed in Sales Order .

Dear All ,

Kindly help that as in display mode of sales order , the total wt is coming as 242,534.730 KG , the line items in order are 100 .At present the Net wt of First line items is 2,234.296 KG , now as user selects first line item & clicks on item detail configuration & then come back on overview screen now the Total wt changes to 4,910.736 (which is the correct weight as per user requirement ) also the Net wt of item 0010 becomes as 239,858.290 KG which was earlier 2,234.296 KG .Pl help what to do there is a problem with only line item first , because as user is selecting any other line item & clicks on item detail configuration icon then there is no any changes in the Total wt & there is no any changes in the Net wt.

Pl help what could be the problem with the sales order or Material .

Hi

Please check what the sale unit is ?

What details you have maintained in additional data (Unit of measure maintained for the sale) in the material master

in mat master the units in add. data are as follows

1mm = 1ea

1kg = 1ea

1mm = 1 ea

right now in sales order the sales unit is KG,. one more thing i need to share with u that the mat. code in second & third line item is same as the first line item so the problem is only in the weight of first line item but not with sec & third line item.

Please take the help of abaper and do the debugging for the order for first line item

you will get the problem and to solve

Hello Sir ,

There si no need to take the help of Abaper, as i have gone to change mode in Sales order then selcted the furst line item & clicked the item config, button at bottom now config screen comes after this clicked on back icon & came to overview screen now the total weight of whole sales order is Correct & net wt of first line item is also correct & then saved the order , after this checked the order in display mode now it is Correct not creating problem as before , but user still asks that from where it was picking the total wt as 242,534.730 KG.
