How to close the Quotation

Hi All,

For a month Client raise a quotaion 50, for 50 quotation Client get 40 Purchase orders. How to close 10 quotations? what is the process ? Plz help me.

Hi,

There are two options.

1. Quotation change transaction - Change the quotation quantity from 50 to 40 and save.

2. Quotation change transaction - Overview screen - Reason for rejection tab - Choose a reason - Save. This will close the quotation after creation of 40 sales orders and will not allow to create any further orders w.r.t. the quotation.

Simply change the quotation deadline (valid to date) such that the deadline has already expired.

Hello,

Change the validity (valid to) to previous date, the quote will automatically get expired. Otherwise reject the quote with Reason for Rejection .
