Regarding SUS ASN Info

Hi,

I am working on GRNSTATUS object in which ASN

Number is one of the selection screen parameter.For example if

ASN is created against DELINS i want to find GRnumber

Corresponding ASN Number.Can any one guide me how to find

the GRN.

Hi Kishore

I am assuming here MM-SUS scenario is executed.

In that case once you create ASN in SUS. against this ASN in R/3 GR will be created in R/3 and that will be reflected in SUS.

Thanks for given reply.In SUS it should be reflected .

The data maintained in BBP_PDBEI.But the problem is i unable to find exact GR Number in table corresponding ASN.Plz guide me if u know abt the relationship between tables or Function Modules.

Hi Kishore ,

If the process is correct, then pls check the ASN document type in BBP_PD (TCode) and execute this transaction and check for relevant GR number.

2. Also, you can check for FM like Get_ASN_Details or tables are crmd_orderadm_H & crmd_orderadm_I.

Hi Ashish,

I unable to find the GR Number in BBP_PD.When i Click Items material details actual GRN has to be display in BBP_PDBEI table.But it doesnt show that relevant data.But GRN is Created against ASN number(in R/3/MM).

Pls check BBP_get_status2 , clean_req_req jobs are running as schedule jobs.
