procedure for mass deletion of roles.

Hello developers,

There are 900 portal users where i need to delete a role in the portal to them.

I have assigned this role to them through XML upload.

how can i do mass deletion of that role to all the users.

Dear Sekar,

Just you the steps

If that role is added into a group and just remove that role from group

or

Export all the users from Portal and remove the role for users

Import the all users with update existing users.

Dear Sekar,

If you have added the role to group and in turn that group is assign to users, you can remove that role from that group.

or

Export all the users to (search all users (*) and export all the users (which will be in text format))

Convert the text file into Excel file.

Remove the role from all users.

Import the user details(user admin ->import) by selecting Overwrite Existing Data.
