Dear Frineds,

I have one query.Is there any Std Infotype to capture the details like Employees Check list Documents as fallows.I mean at the time of employee joining time.

1.Relieving letter(previous employer)

2.Certificates like X Class

X11 Intermediate

UG

PG Etc..........

Here the Enduser wants to maintain all list in YES or NO format.

any record which u want to maintian shd be maintianed by the end user only

reliveing letter do u want to maintian in infotype is that ur client requirement pls let me know

Yes you can capture Eduction in 0021

In indian payroll there is a infotype in 0580-0591 for previous employer tax details

But all those are not madatory
