Liability Transfer in case of transfer from one business area to another

Hi Experts,

Scenario is like each Business area has a Regional accounting Unit ( i.e. Accounts are maintained Business area wise). In case of employee transfer from one business area to another, Loan liabilities should be transferred to the corresponding business area.

For example,

If an employee is transferred from one Business area BA1 to other BA2, also he had taken a loan of Rs 50000 from BA1. Till date he has paid Rs 10000 to BA1. On transfer Rs 40000 should be credited against GL acct code of the corresponding loan to BA1 and Rs 40000 should be debited against GL acct code of the corresponding loan to BA2.

How this process will be handled in SAP? Please advise.

As our firend said Basically GL account will be handled by FI people.

Please approach your guys or put your doubt that fourm as well for better result

ask ur controlling person to map this one as they are the concern person who gives the GL accounts

There is no problem with G/L accounts.

than do the necessary configuration did u maintained the loan account while transfer if yes let me know
