Creating codes and generating stock for used furniture

All SAP Gurus,

We are having a scenario in which we need to sale the used furniture and other items which are now considered as scrap.

At present we do not have material code (so no stock) for these items.

These material to be treated under which material type?

We do not want to generate the stock of these items using u2018561u2019 movement type.

Which movement type to be used to generate the stock of these items in SAP system?

Hi,

You can follow the scrap sale procedure for this. You can create a text material code for this item and maintain it as a non-stock material. If you use Mvt type 202 ( GI - reversal) which is nothing but GR - it brings the material in the plant against a cost centre.
