Hi all;
Can SAP Business One received an incoming e-mail from an outside source? For example, replying with a purchase order from SAP B1 generated quotation or just a plain Purchase Order from the customer?
Thanks.
Hi Eranio
You could have a look at Outlook Integration. This allows you to send Excel / Word files or Outlook messages back to SAP as attachments to your activities. You can also create your quotations in Microsoft Outlook. The process is not automated though and must be done manually. There could be a way to automate, but this depends on your real requirements. Are you looking for an EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) solution?
Kind regards

SAP B1 comes only with SMTP Server which means it has the capability of only Sending EMails.
Receiving Emails is not a feature of SAP B1. You'll have to look for an Addon or develop a one using SDK for this.
