Pricing conditions to be copied from Quotation to sale order

Hello SAP Gurus,

I am facing one problem while copying sales order from quotation.

I have entered Header price(HM00) as manual in Quotation. After copying sales order from quotation, Header price is copied at Item level & after new pricing in sales order, price vanishes.

Kindly suggest if there is any way that Header price from Quotation will get copied as Header price in sales order also.

Dear Colleague,

Sales Document have three sections as you are aware about it, that is SALES DOCUMENT-Header, Item, Schedule lines.

Here you have to see Sales doc type

pricing condition setting in IMG

copying condition of sales document

and other relevant suggestions are been posted just add the criteria.

Hi ,

In the copy control from quotation to order (VTAA),

set the Pricing Type as C..

If it uses the pricing type as G, then the condition type will be palced in Invoice not in Order..

Just change that to C.

Go to transaction VTAA --- item ( quatation) and set Pricing

type as "C" .

It depends on the copy controls (VTAA) from quotation to sale order. Try pricing type C and check.
