Production Order Cancel

Dear Friends,

I have an Problem, When we cancel the Production Order

T-Code CO13 then system give the message Future change records for background processing exist for the Order.

Please provide the solution.

Hi,

The Order has a error in goods movement. ie, goods receipt done with error due to deficit of unrestricted use stock.

Check in tcode COGI, and process that error. To clear that error increase the stock for issue material.

Hi,

It may be possibl that the GI or GR or Activity Posting are struck in the Transaction: CO1P.

Check this for your Order and Clear that first. Then you can cancel the Confirmtion.

Otherwise Check COGI also (less posible to have the entries here) and clear the entries..

If we maintain the Process control, the entries will wait for the Program CORUPROC to be executed, to be get cleared.
