Copy control program for Delivery to Invoices

Hi,

Please provide the copy control and program name to split a single delivery into multiple invoices depending on the sales order it belonged to and to split a single sales order into multiple deliveries depending on the shipping type.

In copy control of delivery to billing (VTFL) maintain reference number field as B.

Hi Karthik,

Delivery to Billing Copy Control:

T. Code: VTFL

Select your Delivery-Billing Combination as go to "Item" (left hand tree-structure).

Select your Item Cat. and double click.

In Field: Data VBRK/VBRP, enter "007 Inv.Split (Rec/Div)"

Sales order to Delivery Copy Control:

T. Code: VTLA

Select your Order-Delivery Combination as go to "Item" (left hand tree-structure).

Select your Item Cat. and double click.

In Field: Order requirement, enter "101 - Item"

Also in Tab: Data Transfer, Field: Item Data, maintain "101 - Item".

This will ful-fill your requirement.
