How to get users which are used a particular t-code in last 1 year

Hello All,

I just want to know the users list whcih are executed a particular trx in last 1 year,as i am able to get last 3 months data thru ST03 but is there any way to find out last year data,is it possible if yes let me know the process.

Hi Chinna,

you can use tcode STAD to trace that

enter start date you want to read, and enter start time for specified date.

enter specific read time you prefer

don't forget to specify transaction code you want to trace in the field 'transaction' and username in field 'user'

at the bottom, hit button 'further options' to specify maximum runtime. why you must consider to set this parameter is about approximation of the runtime for the data specified maybe run long enough (one year data to be filtered and to be read)

then, execute it.

Hi,

You can see in stad and suim.

In suim check the tcode when assingn to that user. From the date of assing you can assume he is using.
