Unable to access Portal

Hi,

I have installed NWDS CE 7.1 in my system. When i try to access portal, im getting the following error:

Error component failed , reason : Unexpected error - Unable to get security zone: com.sap.portal.runtime.system.hooks.ErrorComponent Original Exception : Unexpected error - Unable to get security zone: com.sap.portal.navigation.portallauncher.default

What could be the reason for this error?

Please suggest.

I believe itu2019s configuration related problem

Hi Padmalatha,

Guess there is some problem with the internet settings.

Add the URL to the Trusted Sites security zone:

1. Open Internet Explorer

2. Go to Menu bar > Tools > Internet Options.

3. Click Security > Trusted sites > Sites

4. Type the URL in the Add this website to the zone text box > uncheck Require server verification >Add > click OK

5. Click OK to exit.
