ICSS Application execution

Hi,

I have configured the ICSS Application for scenarios like Service Request, Service Contract, IBase, etc using XCM but am unable to execute the application. Can you please tell me the steps for the same.

Also I want to know if I can make changes (add new fields thru East Enchancement Workbench, add new Click buttons, etc) to the Standard application Tab Page.

Hi,

I need some information about ICSS

1.can u pls expain how u created the request (any ide have used for development)

2.Aplication name i.e B2b ang B2C we have to develop diff enviroment.

3.in ICSS,we have set webshop too?

4.how to modify the standard probramme
