CRM Configurable Product: Knowledge Base Not Found
I've successgully downloaded the configurable material from ECC 6 to CRM 5.0.
The SCE download is also successfull. I've maintained the scenario in IPC XCM Administration and made the necessary entries in CRM tables COMM_IPC_PROP and COMM_IPC_URL.
When I go in Product Master in CRM and try to simulate the product configuration on configuration TAB page system gives me the following error:
Knowledgebase not found for:
KB_VERSION=1.1, KB_PROFILE=LOCATION, KB_ID=null
The product which I am using for simulation is MM_LOCATION
If I run the program IPC_TEST_FIND_KNOWLEDGEBASES with transaction se38 the result shows that knowledgebase for the particular product exists along with the KB_ID
Please advice how I should solve this issue. I believe I have successfully completed all the configurations for IPC.
