How can I get the configurable BOM before MRP running?

Hello everyone,

I created a sales order including a KMAT material item.Then I assign values to the characteristics of the material.

If I run the MRP,I will get the corresponding BOM.

But sometimes I want to print the BOM before the MRP running, so I need to develop a add-on programme.

My question is how can i get the BOM before MRP running?Is there any table store the BOM or a function module could simulate the BOM exploding?

Any response is welcome.

Hi,

Go to CU50 ( Simulation for Configurable Material) Enter configurable material click first icon (Configuration or press F8).

It will show the characteristics assignment screen, choose the character and click result icon, enter BOM application as PP01 press enter. It will show the configurable BOM.

Revert further clarification.

Thank you for your response.

But I want to read the BOM in my own programme.

So I can't use the CU50's result.

Would you kindly tell me which table or function module I can use?
