Can anybody tell me abt the activities take place in support project after GoLive?
like type of tickets,how tickets will be stored by what software etc
would like to what are the Tools used while Supporting a SAP project,
and what are the communication modes used with client for solving tickets
Pls help me the complete process,

Based on the SLA and It depends on the client requirement support issues can be handled .
Some companies follows based on the Severity of the Support tickets like

Remedy, Lotus Notes,Outlook , RADIX etc
