Availability of Material

Dear Experts,

When my users perform the availability check on a particular material in the Sales Order, the following was displayed "No control data maintained for checking group Z2 and checking rule A". I gone through the config but have no clue in what to change. Can anybody give me a hint here?

Hi,

I think ypou have not maintatined the entry in the Tx : OPJJ.

In that tx, give ur checking group and checking rule as A.. and do the relevant configuration.. which will solve ur problem...

Just Go to Material Master MRP3 view and see whether you have maintained "Z2" for the field "Availability Check". ensure that the same is assigned for the combination of your material type and plant in OVZ3.

It maybe caused by error checking group in material master data.

Pls check whether MRP Group is maintained in MRP1 view of Material Master

In t code OPJK, check your plant and order type combination

In t codeOVZ3 and check for the combination of material and plant

try going to IMG: Sales & Distribution > Basic Functions > Availability Check and Transfer of Requirements > Availability Check > Availability Check with ATP Logic or Against Planning > Define Checking Groups Default Value.

make the entries for your plant. then try again.
