show details from a record

Hi everybody

How I can to do this. I am selecting a data record from a table, and I need the portal take me to another iView with the details of the all fields from the record selected, but without button to do it, only selecting the field.

Can somebody help me?

Hi,

You can provide a link between your iview with the table and the ivew to which you want to navigate to and the event should be "select". Thus, whenever you select a particular row of a table it would take you to the next iView.

Thanks for your answer, it´s very good, but I´ve got other trouble, When I go to the properties from the table, select the field and assign the "SELECT" action, it´s functioning very well, but I assign the event to the another iView, I can´t see the "select" event, only appears submit, goto_row. Inside the option "others", there isn´t "select" option, do you have any blog or guide to do it.

Hi,

Yes you can do it by assaing the soem action to the selecting field and use that action as event to open the other iview to open the detaisl
