Error while publishing service definition in Services Registry

I created a service interface in ESR and published the WSDL to my Services Registry. Now when I go to the "Publish" tab in the Services Registry to provide a definition for this service, after entering the WSDL and clicking on "Next" I get a pop-up for username and password. Neither the ESRAdmin, the user with Services Registry Read Write permissions nor the Administrator credentials seem to work.

I get the following error:

Puja,

I was wondering if you were able to resolve the issue with the WSDL URL requiring credentials. Also I was wondering if you know how to populate the registry with some of the 4000 software components that are in the SLD.

Actually I am using CE 7.1.1 Here the Services Registry already has a screen to publish the service definition.

My problem is that when I enter the WSDL URL and click on next, a pop-up window appears asking me for user credentials. Which user credentials am I supposed to enter at this stage?

The Administrator credentials do not work.
