Webgui blank screen...

Hi all,

We have implemented Enterprise portal SP14 and ITS 6.20 patch level 19. We use logon ticket mechanism to connect to R/3. When we access the webgui(kept is as main tab in portal) after logging to the portal we are able to see the initial SAP menu page with standard buttons like sap menu,user menu etc but when we come back to access webgui after accessing other pages we are getting a blank screen with standard buttons and when we click sap menu button the sap menu screen appears or if we double click the screen the same menu screen appears. Why webgui is showing blank screen if we acesss other pages of portal & coming back to access webgui?.

That is partly the same issue I mentioned earlier and that's fixed with Patch 20.

I think the problem is also about note 874318, but in a different disguise.
