Appraisal Document Locked by you Error Message in Portal
We're on ECC 6.0
We create appraisal templates for some employees but when we log into the portal as the manager to complete the appraisal documents, we get a error message saying locked by you.
When we click on the "1" under In Process column, the next window opens up collapsed. Then when we click on "Expand Tray" icon on top right, it gives the locked by you error. This only happens for the first employee the manager opens the template for. After that, all templates open fine because the Tray option is expanded.
We believe that because the BSP appraisal document opens in a new window, and the iview is collapsed, this may play a role in locking the document for that first employee.
Anyone ever encountered this??
Any help would be appreciated.
