Error when Adding Family Dependents via ESS Portal

Hello All, Hope you could help.

We're in ECC 6.0

When some employees log into the ESS portal, and go to Personal Information and attempt to Add Family Members/Dependents, it gives them the dump below.

Any ideas why this would happen?

Any help would be appreciated

Issue has been resolved based on custom BADI modifications.

We used a custom BADI (ZHRXSS_PER_BEGDA) which looks at the hire action to retrieve a BEGDA for the dependent that we're adding in the system.

The BEGDA needs to be retrieved from either IT41 or your Actions infotype so you could retro the benefit plan for the newly added dependent.

Goto the ess~per application ..FcPersInfo Component Controller ...and then the line no. 844 in the CreateOverview() method and check for the NullPointer condition there...
