Hi friends,

Please help me with rfc connection steps in sm59 for ale idocs

Hi,

Follow given below steps:

Go to Transaction SM59 where you will create RFC destination. This is the destination where you will be sending IDOCu2019s when they are created. A screen will come.

Choose R/3 connection in case if the transfer has to take place to another SAP system. And choose create to create a new RFC Destination. Fill up the Relevant entries in the Screen.

Give RFC Destination name same as the logical name created earlier. Please take care of upper and lower case characters. For safety use Upper Case only.

Choose connection type as 3. Language is the logon language which is EN for English. Choose the client where you want the destination to be created.

Choose the valid User Name and relevant password by which we can logon to the client.

Select Test Connection button to test the connection. If the RFC is set up properly you will get a screen Logon sucess info...
