HR -> CRM integration (IT0105/0020)

Hello,

I am distributing the HR employee master data IT0000, IT0001, IT0002, IT0006/1 and IT0105/0001,0005,0010,0020 to CRM system.

The problem I am facing is in Business partner(Employee) address - communication data:

IT0105/0005 FAX is correctly transferred into BP communications: FAX

IT0105/0010 E-Mail is correctly transferred into BP communications: e-mail

IT0105/0020 Phone in work is not being transferred to BP communications-telephone but IT0006/1-TELNR is instead.

This seems to be the standard SAP logic; my question is:

Is there any workaround how to fix this or do I need to code the logic manually in user exit EXIT_SAPLRHA0_003 (enhancement RHALE001)?

Everytime the address is sent without IT0105/0020, the telephone number would be overwritten. I would not send the address if it is not mandatory IT.

I have the same problem in my HR-Integration.Did you solved the problem by implementing the userexit?

I am sending the data through XI and doing all the necessary mapping in there.
