BP and Taxes

What cna be done when you have a tax code set up to tax ship-to address based on state and a customer that you ship to with in that state that should not be taxed. We are somehow taxing BP that should not be taxed.

How can I fix this?

Go to Bp details in the admin and you can set an exempt flag for a particular tax, then anyone from that Bp wont pay that tax regardless of shipping destination

I went to teh Admin - BP Details and do not see how to set a Exempt Flag.

All my BP's need to be set to this, can you explain in more detail how this can be done?

I'll be more specific if you grant points for correct answers!

Admin - BP Details - Taxes - click edit button to make the BP exempt from the selected tax for the time period chosen
