We are working on SCM5.0. LC: 7.6.00.29 @ Patch Level 11.

We are facing a strange problem. Once in a while,( Happend twice in last 6 months) One of the DP- KF values get strange No.s for few months in a year and correct No.s rest of the periods. We run the LC consistency check every day. Its not the case for all the CVC's, this error happend at one location. I am DP consultant, how to resolve this issue. As Basis cannot see any error, they could not able to provide any solution. Any help is appreciated.

Thx for responding back. I opened a OSS with DP team, they could not able to find any problem. Maybe need to open with Basis team.

I would expect that the application support should be able to identify the wrong values. If they cannot find the root cause of the problem, they could forward the message accordingly.
