copy standard transaction in SRM

Hi Experts,

We had to copy a standard transaction (with reports of course) in SRM. We have copied Internet service as well, than we have mantained service in SICF transaction (copying everything from the original). We have assigned it into the tree with PFCG.

When we try to use it in WEB, we get the same screen when I use it in GUI-mode, not web-mode as expected. What did I miss to check? Please advice me.

What is the original transaction? Have you created ITS template for it ?

Hi Masa,

standard transaction is BBPADDRINTC, and we have created ITS element for it.
