Hardware Sizing for Web Application Server

Can some body help me on sizing the servers for SAP Netweaver Web Application Server intance. I am trying to find the option in the Quicksizer tool but with no Luck.

We would be hosting one Java Websynpro application that would contain around 20 plain screens with most of them displaying data that is fetched from backend R3 system through remote function methods. Total number of users for this application is 1500 and 300 is the concurreny

I think the best is to contact the HW vendor and they will send the questionaire. All major HW vendors have a SAP competence center and all their sizings are backed by SAP (as far as I know).
