How can I associate the same material a two operation of route CA01

Hi all.

I need associate the same material the a material list to two operation

of route in CA01, but only can associate a material to one operation. push the botom 'Componet Assig'.

Hi

If you want to assign the component to two operations:

go like this:

In the BOM of that product, add the component two times.

The you can achieve.

The example for this:

same bolt cn be used in the machine assembly in two places in two operations.

add this bolt twice in the BOM .Assign this to two operations.

This is the sdt SAP.

I agree with your opinion. We can assign one component to one operation sequence in our production order.

I have several route for same material with different operations.

Think, I have not expressed correctly. Sorry.

I write a example.

Material List product (P1).

this material list uses the component (C1).

In the transaction CA01 for product P1:

Route 1 for product P1:

Operation 1 use component C1.

Operation 2 use component C1.

Route 2 for product P1.

Operation 1 use component C1

Operation 2 use component C1.

Operation 3 use component C1.

According to your response,

Do I must to create three entry for C1 component for material P1 or two entry?

You need to create 2 BOM for P1 , 1 for Route1 & another for Route2.

In 1 BOM ,you need to make 2 entry for C1(For Route1) and in another BOM you need to

maintain 3 entry for C2(for Route2).
