In AP we use this transaction, to reprint checks when we want to change the information such as the address on the orginal check. However this is a security risk, because what if someone changes the vendor master to send themselves a check and uses this transaction to reprint. How can I tell if someone has used this transaction to reprint a check?
Hello Beverly,
we check this issue by selecting PAYR with following options:
Amount payed not equal 0,00
Replaced by not equal blank
Now we get a list of all cheques which have been replaced.
I know, not the best solution, but quick and easy and better than nothing. I recommand to use sqvi if the user should be able to obtain this information directly from the system.
Best regards
Horst

Hi,
You can make authorization settings for this transaction. You can activate this Tcode to authorised persons. So you can easly find out who has used this option.
