file link problem on terminal session

hi there,

Well I looked through this and even though I found relating questions I resubmit the question with the specific detail:

OK so its the add-a-File-as-a-link question again.

for me it works when tested in Preview mode but as soon as I open my report through terminal server session (as my users would), then clicking the icon on the report does nothing.

Both the linked file and the icon plus the report file are at the same server. the linekd file is an rtf (at the moment) and it seems the application server (where the crystal report would run) supports that.

Need more info Terminal server was not supported until CR XI R2. Likely though it's a matter of permissions.
