reverse PGI

Hi

How can i reverse Post Goods Issue if the Delivery is Partially Picked?

Document Flow as follows:

> Sales Order xxxxxxx

> Outbound Delivery xxxxxxxx

...> Transfer Order xxxx

...> handling Unit xxxxxxx

...> Picking Request xxxxxxxx

...> Goods Issue xxxxxxxxxx

I tried using VL09. However, message says: "No Data Available for this selection".

Please advise how can i proceed.

When you did not do PGI, where is the question of PGI reversal? If delivery is partially picked system will not allow you do PGI. Complete the picking and then PGI and proceed further.

Hi Bluetag,

Please do complete the picking , then do a PGI and then cancel it through VL09.

Because it will allow to cancel only the complete delivery has been done.

Please check have u made any billing doc with reference tp that delviery then please cancel ( if commercial Tcode VF11 ) or Complete the same Tcode VF02. Then u try for Tocde VL09 to reverse the goods issue and then delete the delivery in Tcode VL02N if needed.

Hi DWARKESH THAKKAR,

No i haven't made any billing doc yet. The last processed i made was Goods Issue. Actually that is one of the problem. I cannot create an invoice because the OvrllStatus in the Delivery is Partially Picked.

Then go to Tcode VL02N and complete the picking for that particular delivery and then try to delete the same in VL09 - PGI and VL02N -- Delivery.
