Hi Konstantinidis,

If you have a wait step within your BPM, and a instance of this BPM was created in the BPM,

it probably is stuck if it has not been canceled. So, to do that use SWWL..

Hi,

It should not be a problem.

Aferter reimporting your bpm, check in SXI_CACHE that the active version is the version that you desire.

You can reactivate it from there if the version is wrong.

Furtheremore,

Check in transaction SWF_XI_CUSTOMIZING --> Maintain Runtime environment that

Schedule Background Job for Missed Deadlines

Schedule Background Job for Deadline Monitoring

are in green.

Hi Antonis,

The step where the process stuck, is a send step or receive step?

If it is, you must restart communication channel in Integration Monitoring. You can go to http://<host>:<port>/mdt/channelmonitorservlet, choose communication channel. Check if it is in Automatic Control. If so, stop, start and then put it again in Automatic Control.

Hi Konstantinidis,

Go transaction SWWL and delete all work items related with your BPM.

Then reactive your integration process and refresh cache in SXI_CACHE.

Be sure that the return code of your BPM in SXI_CACHE is 0.
