while copying client a error is coming client is protected for copy, how can I copy this client to another

That means that the target client is protected at SCC4, you need to change the setting in SCC4 under "Protection: Client Copier and Comparision Tool" to Protection Level 0

Just told you...SCC4 -> Click Change button -> Select client -> Set "Protection: Client Copier and Comparision Tool" to Protection Level 0
system is not allowing me to execute SCC4.
There is any other method through which we can proceed.

Proceed as below-
1. go to transaction SCC4
2.change to edit mode
3.open your source client.
4.Scroll down to "Protection :Client copyies and comparision tool"
5. set protection level 0:No restriction.
6. Save your changes.
