Mass GR reversal

Hi sapfans,

i have about 8 thousand GR document (101) need to be reverse or delete, if im using migo, i need to do one-by-one ...

is there any transaction code can be use ?

Hi,

Suggest to do it with the help of an LSMW recording for transaction code MBST (not Migo), just refer the GR document and year and cancel.

The table fields for LSMW recording will be

BUDAT Posting Date in the Document

MBLNR Number of Material Document

MJAHR Material Document Year
