Credit check

Dear All,

When i am trying to released the Blocked Sales order(VKM3) Then the system is showing the following error..

"No item Category Available (Table T184 OR BANC)".

Although i have created the sales order in normal process.

Please suggest me for the above.

Hi,

In the tx: VOV7, Check the Credit Active Check box under Business Data..

which Indicates whether the credit management functions are active for the order, delivery, or invoice items.

Check the credit active in business data of item category.

Hi,

Which item category system has determined in your sales order? TAB or TAN or else?

Then check in VOV7 for the item category whether "Credit Check" is Active or not.
