Problem with executing BEx-Report from role menue (SAP GUI)

Hello experts,

I added a BEx-Report as a "BW-Report" to my role's menue. Thus this Bex-Report is listed in my user menue in SAP Easy Access (SAP GUI). But when I excecute this report, BEx Analyser (RRMX) starts without opening my report!

It's because my report has variables !???? I have other reports without variables and they can be executed from role menue.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

Go to SE11 and give table RSRWORKBOOK.

Check whether your workbok exists or not in RSRWORKBOOK table.

Hi,

Check Query in T-code PFCG under roles menu, in reports Folder.

if not exists add and save and try executing report in RRMX.

report not having varibales is not an issue.
