SAP Crystal Add On

Hi all,

I have install SAP Crystal Add On into SAP 2007A and facing problem as below when i start the add-on:

Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {D7F5D7C3-B06C-4CAC-BC47-A06E66D2EE9B} failed due to the following error: 80040154.

I also try to deploy and debug in 64bit instead of 32 bit from SAP Crystal Add On where written in C#.

Seem like a lot of file missing and i cannot compound into new *.exe.

Morning Danny,

This looks like the COM is not registered in your computer. Maybe some dll is missing? I don't know much about what could have been missing however you can try the solution given by someone in MSDN forum. You can give it a go and see if that fixes the issue.

Do let us know if you are successful.

Alternatively you can always uninstall the addon and reinstall it again )

Hi Danny,

I don't know what version of SBO you are using but check the DI API is installed. I installed the add-on on SBO2005A and it turned out the DI API version didn't match the SBO PL.

Hi Heather,

I was using SBO 2007A PL42. As you know DI API must installed, otherwise SBO cannot run smoothly.
