configure SAP EP for Business Objects Enterprise Repository

In the Rel 3 Install guide on page 135 it talks about:

Go to System Administration > System Configuration > Knowledge

Management > Content Management > Repository Managers, choose

the BusinessObjects Enterprise repository.

I do not have a "BusinessObjects Enterprise repository" link.

So my question is:

1) Why don't I have this link? I have BI Document Repository and BI Metadata Repository links. When I click on the "Show Advanced Options" I still dont have it.

2) I'm not using KM so do I even need this config?

Hi Michael,

you need to upload the JAR file for the repository manager

Hmmmm. I was thinking there must be some other import.

I only saw instructions for the .epa and .par files.

Ok, I'll look for that.

Hi

the PAR file is the one you need for the KM Integration

So, I uploaded the par file but I didn't see the KM stuff. Do I need a reboot for it to take affect?

BTW, do I need this if only if I'm using KM?
