Crystal Report XI Info View Export Problem

If I schedule a report that is grouping data by acctno and have it export a file as "Tab Separated Value" thru Crystal Reports XI "Info View" the data being exported is displaying all the detail. It should only show group totals.

If I run the report thru Crystal Reports XI Developer and export it as "Tab Separated Value", it works correctly.

What is your suggestion?

Morning,

I would go into CMC and click on the Object link and then click on the report itself and see what are the settings for this particular object(report). Most of the time Infoview and Crystal designer don't work perfectly.

I would suggest that you check the settings under CMC instead of going into Infoview.

I did go into Central Management Console and viewed the Object's Format. It is set to "Character Separated Value" Tab. This is where I originally setup the default format. Info View shows the same settings.

Any other suggestions?
