Unfortunately, you cannot view 2 reports simultaneously in a single CR Viewer. However, you can add a second viewer onto the Winform to fullfill that requirement.
Just to setup correct expectations; I do not think this is on the horizon for Crystal Reports. The suggestion has been made a number of times to the Product group with no movement on that.
My users are asking for the same functionality, so I like to see it added. But since it sounds unlikely, can the reports be output into a single .pdf programmatically?
Not at this time. There are 3rd party tools (APIs) that will let you merge pdf files. Rumors have it that in the next version of CR (when ever that is) this will be an available feature - no promises though.
