Service Level Report and Availability Monitoring
i have a problem with setting up service level reports.
i have setted up SL-report and considered the note for availability reporting via ccmpsing.
After the implementation of note 1095645 everything worked, the report with the ewa and the availability data were created successfully.
Now in addition i wanted to add data about instance availability and logon check, but it didn'treally work.
i have following problems: i have implemented everything under operations setup and scheduled the report, but
the changes which were done concerning availability monitoring were not contained.
new data isn't contained in sl-reports.
If i do some changes i.e for data of ewa, then it will be shown directly in the report.
does anybody have an idea?
is there eventually a job, which synchronizes the configured content with the scheduled ones? Seems to be the problem.
