Label printing from two sources (SAP and AS400)

History: We have a zebra label (ZM400) printers defined to SAP and AS400.

We print a test label from SAP and AS400 to the printer and they came OK. No issues thisway.

Label from SAP/AS400 - works

Issue: We print a label from AS400 and it printed OK and print a label from SAP to the same printer then no label.

Label from AS400/SAP - don't work

Do any one of you went this scenario? How did you fix this issue? Do I need to put command node in SAP label?

Any help on this is really helpful and greatly appreciated.

Did you ever find a resolution to this issue? We have just run into the same problem and I have run out of device types to try....
