Out put erro
None of the out puts (like invoice, sales conformation) are getting printed in QA Client, but in production client things are working fine and it print outputs.
What would be the difference as i thought QA is a exact copy of PROD.

I agree with GSL, most likely the printers have been disabled in QAS. This is a very common practice. In the output processing log, you should see the spool request number. Then in the spool queue (SP01) you'll see what happened to it. Most likely all the requests are just sitting there. Also in SPAD transaction you'll see the output devices in red color.
