Hi,

I have connected BW and CRM systems. Upload of master data is correct.

Now I found out an problem with Datasource 0CRM_SALES_ACT_1.

In RSA3 I got 7 records.

When I do an upload w/o any limitations I got 0 records. No data even found in PSA.

Can you give me some ideas, please?

You can check if the adaptor for the datasource is active in transaction BWA5. To trouble shoot the problem you have you

can find useful information in the note 692195.

Hi,

in BWA5 there is the datasource marked as active, the BWA7 is empty. After Initial upload (0 records) there is mentioned the datasource as active and correct, but no data retrieved with delta or even the full.

Table CRMD_ORDER_INDEX is filled.

User for processing (ALEREMOTE) has full authorization.

Any other suggestions?

I am also experiencing the same problem, and we are running BI 7.

The strange thing about this extractor is that it is working on BW DEV and its not working on BW QA. Please assist.

Hi,

for SAP devivered CRM datasources dat comes from BW Adapter through BDOC's.

check the connections of BW adapter, try loading data sources with Full load.
