Visit Scheduling - How to modify Form

One of our users have asked if it is possible to modify the form which is selected under visit scheduling.

When the user wishes to send out a letter, they select Choose Form then select one of the forms/letters to be printed.

Can you advise where this form can be modified??

Hi Laurence,

print forms are set up in customizing. Please have a look at the Implementation Guide (Healthcare u2013 Industry-Specific Components for Hospitals -->Tools --> Work Organizer Management). The form itself can be edited using the appropriate form editor (depending on whether it is a "old" SAPscript or SmartForm).
