CR XI Server SP2 for Windows not available on SAP site

Can anyone tell me where I can download the CR XI Server SP2? I was told that I can access it from the old Business Objects site but my old credentials do not work and I am trying to find out if I can get them re-instated. Anyone have any ideas?
